Ministerial Staff
Dennis & Karen Fite
After serving in the Kansas City area for almost 20 years as Minister of Music at two area churches, Dennis and Karen answered the call of God to establish Pebble Creek in the abandoned facility of what was originally Noland Road Assembly of God. That was July 1994. Since then, God has blessed us as we have doubled the size of our facilities and have established the growing congregation of worshippers we have today. Dennis is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Karen volunteers in many areas including serving as the WM coordinator and as the church secretary.
Larry & Janet Basso
Larry, an employee of Hallmark Cards, serves as Minister of Youth. Larry and his wife, Janet, love to see the lives of youth transformed through the Blood of Christ and the renewing power of the Holy Spirit. Larry, who has served in youth work for many years, is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. Janet, also an employee of Hallmark Cards, assists Larry in his work with the youth.
Sean & Beckie Fite
Sean, a Family Financial Advisor with Freedom Financial Management, serves as our Worship Leader here at Pebble Creek. Sean is a Youth Sponsor and teaches the High School Sunday School Class. He also leads the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University courses offered through the church. Beckie, owner/manger of Sonshine Sports Apparel, serves on the Mission's Committee and assists Sean with the High School Class.

Motivating the Right Person into the Right Ministry
One of the greatest challenges for most leaders is selecting and motivating the right people into the right ministry positions in hopes of minimizing turnover and frustration. Even in the smaller church with limited personnel, it is important to coordinate people and ministry as much as possible. -
“I TRIED, BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED ME”
“I tried, but no one ever called me” are painful words for a leader who has much work to do and not enough people willing to do it. These words are painful for the person who wanted to contribute, but was never called. These are also painful words for a person who is committed to helping people connect and contribute in meaningful ways within the church.
